The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only, provided the product is properly installed and used under normal conditions in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Breakage, cracks, deformation, or any physical damage.

Water damage, moisture ingress, corrosion, or liquid intrusion of any kind.

The manufacturer and/or importer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including damage to associated equipment or the bicycle itself, resulting from use that does not comply with the intended purpose and usage guidelines.
Return & Refund Policy

You may return the product for a refund under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in brand-new condition.
No use has been made of the product, and it remains undamaged.
