Warranty Statement

This product is an electronic component intended for installation and use on bicycles.
It is designed to be resistant to dust and water splashes during normal riding and regular use.

💧 Water Resistance – IP-Style:

  • The product’s water resistance is comparable to IPX4 (Splash Proof).

  • This statement does not constitute certification or compliance with an official IP standard.

  • The product is not waterproof and is not intended for exposure to heavy rain, strong water jets, pressure washing, immersion in water, or direct contact with a water source.

🛡️ Warranty:

  • The product is covered by a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only, provided the product is properly installed and used under normal conditions in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

❌ Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Breakage, cracks, deformation, or any physical damage.

  • Water damage, moisture ingress, corrosion, or liquid intrusion of any kind.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, poor maintenance, misuse, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

  • Damage caused by accidents, falls, impacts, or normal wear and tear.

The manufacturer and/or importer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including damage to associated equipment or the bicycle itself, resulting from use that does not comply with the intended purpose and usage guidelines.

Return & Refund Policy
 

At Autocyc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please find our return conditions below:

1. Return Conditions

You may return the product for a refund under the following conditions:

The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in brand-new condition.

No use has been made of the product, and it remains undamaged.

2. Return Process

To complete your return, please follow these steps:

Ship the item back to the following address: [Your Shipping Address].

Tracking Number Requirement: You must provide a valid tracking number for the returned package. This ensures we can monitor the shipment and confirm its arrival.

 

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note: In accordance with consumer protection regulations, a cancellation fee may apply (typically 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS/equivalent, whichever is lower) for non-defective returns.
