Installation, Setup & User Guide
1. Rear Unit & Magnet Installation
Install the rear unit on the rear fork, opposite the derailleur. The unit should slightly protrude beyond the wheel’s outer edge to prevent spoke contact. Attach the magnet to a wheel spoke so that each rotation triggers the speed sensor. A red LED confirms correct detection. Secure the unit using the supplied zip ties.
2. Magnet Alignment
Align the magnet at approximately 90° relative to the rear unit. Adjust the distance to about 1 cm if required.
3. Display Unit Installation
Mount the display on the left or right side of the handlebar. Secure the communication cable along the bike frame. To rotate the display orientation, press and hold OK while powering on.
4. System Setup
Press SETUP to enter configuration. Select the wheel diameter (in inches) and confirm with OK. Select the number of gears (supports up to 9 gears) and confirm.
5. Gear Calibration
Ensure the pull cable is tight. Calibration starts from the highest gear at 0°. Adjust each gear in 3° steps using the buttons and confirm with OK. The system supports pull angles up to 180°.
6. Speed Settings
Select speed units (km/h or mph). Set a target speed for each gear. Recommended: Set 0 speed for gears 1–2 and start from gear 3 upward.
7. Power & Riding Modes
Short press the Power button to turn on and long press to turn off. Use the S button to switch between Manual and Automatic riding mode
8. Battery & Charging
The system includes a 3000 mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Charge using a standard USB-C charger. Red LED indicates charging, green LED indicates full charge. Charging while powered on is supported, with battery level shown on screen.
